Constantine Guitang is a software developer in Baguio City, Philippines.

Cons co-developed the BCSAS Integrated Credit Coop System, a complete system for credit cooperatives, designed and developed based on Client/Server software architecture using the latest Microsoft® .NET technology/C# as front end and Microsoft® SQL Server as back end.


He co-developed a web-based school administration software for Divine Word College of Vigan in Ilocos Sur and Divine Word College of Laoag in Ilocos Norte that helped greatly reduced the enrollment time of the 2 schools, gives real-time data and keeps track of students’ ledger and grades.

He helped convert a PHP version into .NET version of a billing system for an electric cooperative in Negros Oriental.

When BCSAS operated as an internet cafe, he co-developed the Breakpoint WinTimer which has been a popular tool for internet cafes in Baguio City and its nearby regions.

Cons also participated in developing an SMS-based application which uses the bulk SMS services of Sun Cellular Network.

He first discovered his talent in programming when he was able to easily pinpoint the program error written by his instructor in Pascal programming when he was in his third year college. From then on, he got inspired to write Pascal programs like piano program using the PC speaker, and a Tong-its game, a popular Filipino card game. He also developed a Visual C++ version of this game and is freely available in this site.

Cons is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering in Saint Louis University, Baguio City.
